Nicole started with ICA in September 2023 as Coordinated Entry Specialist where she assisted with streamlining the coordinated entry process and educating local stakeholders about the Housing First model. Prior to this, Nicole lived in San Diego where she worked with Transitional Aged-Youth who were experiencing homelessness and guided these young individuals through the complex system, providing them with the support they needed to achieve self-sufficiency.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys wood working, crafting, and spending time with her three children.
