This Special NOFO (Notice of Funding Opportunity) to Address Unsheltered and Rural Homelessness (Special NOFO) is to target efforts to reduce unsheltered homelessness, particularly in communities with very high levels of unsheltered homelessness and homelessness in rural areas.

The CoC Intent to Apply process for special funding is August 8-22, 2022, and has closed. All intent forms were due by 12 PM (CST) on Monday, August 22, 2022. Project applications will be open from Tuesday, August 30-September 20, 2022. All applications are due on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, by 4 PM CST. No late submissions will be accepted.

In order to apply for funding, agencies must complete the intent to aply process.
The deadline to submit the intent to apply is Monday, August 22, 2022, by 12 PM CST. Any forms submitted after this deadline WILL NOT be accepted and the organization WILL NOT be considered for submitting a full project application for Special NOFO funds.
