Coordinated Entry

Coordinated Entry is considered one of the many interventions in a community’s united effort to end and prevent homelessness. This process is an established, system-wide process to quickly coordinate access, assessment, prioritization, and referrals to housing and services for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
