HUD released their CoCBuilds Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) that provides funding for acquisition/rehab or new construction of PSH projects. Due November 21, this NOFO allows CoCs to submit one PSH project to HUD for consideration. If your agency is interested in learning more and potentially applying for this funding, please attend the Informational Session on Tuesday, August 6 at noon.

During the meeting, CoC staff will walk through the requirements for this application, including what would expected of our applicant agency and next steps for agencies to indicate their interest in applying for these funds. If there is more than one interested agency, the CoC will have a competition process to determine which will be submitted to HUD.
