Governance Charter

The IA BoS CoC Governance Charter outlines the framework and responsibilities for the Continuum of Care (CoC) program. This program is dedicated to fostering a communitywide commitment to ending homelessness. It achieves this through funding projects that rapidly rehouse homeless individuals and families, including unaccompanied youth, minimize the trauma and dislocation that homelessness causes to individuals, families, and communities, and promotes access to and effective utilization of mainstream programs for those experiencing homelessness, while also striving to optimize their self-sufficiency.
