Funding Opportunity: Lived Experience Advisory Board Pilot

The Iowa Balance of State Continuum of Care is excited to announce a funding opportunity to support the creation of Lived Experience Advisory Boards (LEABs). This pilot is open to CoC-funded providers and Designated Lead Agencies who are interested in creating a new LEAB, re-establishing a LEAB that is no longer active, or developing a LEAB that has been active for <1 year. Up to $50,000 in total funding is available, and 1-2 projects will be selected.  

Proposals must be submitted by 12pm CT on Friday, May 22, 2026. No late submissions will be accepted. Awards are expected by early June, and the pilot will run until May 2027.
