July 22 – In-Person Marshalltown Meeting Preview: “The Crafting Table” No virtual option
Purpose:
To co-create our leadership identities and build toward youth-led meetings. We will discuss the “Superpowers we see in our peers and assign Hero’s.”
What We’ll Do:
Reflect on the roles we play in life and the superpowers we carry.
Discuss the “Superpowers we see in our peers and assign Hero’s.”
Point out Super Villian traits and which ones we will block.
Create our own YAB Role Cards (name, superpower, and change you want to lead)
Explore: What kind of leader am I? What energy do I bring?
Begin discussing our shared goals, mission, and future agenda topics
