July 22 – In-Person Marshalltown Meeting Preview: “The Crafting Table” No virtual option

Purpose:
To co-create our leadership identities and build toward youth-led meetings. We will discuss the “Superpowers we see in our peers and assign Hero’s.”

What We’ll Do:

• Reflect on the roles we play in life and the superpowers we carry.

• Discuss the “Superpowers we see in our peers and assign Hero’s.”

• Point out Super Villian traits and which ones we will block.

• Create our own YAB Role Cards (name, superpower, and change you want to lead)

• Explore: What kind of leader am I? What energy do I bring?

• Begin discussing our shared goals, mission, and future agenda topics

To leave this session with roles claimed and leadership activated — so that next time, you lead the way.
